The Navy basically provides international water patrolling for the rest of the world at our expense. Reducing it would divide the seas into sections controlled by local groups, and would make things more expensive and dangerous.

Shrug. Then have the navy start stopping shipping and making them pay for the protection they’re getting. /////

The DOD budget needs to be cut at least in half. That’s for real.
