The only emotional arguments I’ve seen are from the bigots seeking to stop this project.

If we look strictly at the law, there’s nothing to stop this project from going forward at all. The opposition stems entirely from the emotional exploitation of 9/11 and a bunch of irrational demagoguery about Muslims.
