Sorry but Romney can’t be the savior of the GOP. His political stances have been compromised by his large number of flip flops to the point that it is impossible to take what he says to be what he actually believes.

At least that is my opinion.

perhaps ….. but he may be able to effectively sell his changed views as “evolving” and not flip flopping. Most voters aren’t as dialed in as the Lizard crowd.
