Most of us are not the government.
We are allowed, legally, to look at information and draw conclusions, regardless of whether charges or brought or not.
ah, this is where I get very confused. AT least in the USA, WE are, technically, the government. Theft from the government is theft from each and every citizen. We delegate certain authorities to elected officials and government employees.
