I’m still a closeted liberal. My parents may have their suspicions, but I just kinda nod and smile and let the topic of conversation wander on to something else.

Growing up I was just like my folks though I didn’t hate the Clintons as much as my dad did, I blame that on listening to Rush Limbaugh. Once we got cable and FOX News (after I moved out) it just got worse. Everyone in the town really is a dittohead FOX addict and it drives me nuts.

It’s one reason why my wife and I are getting a motel room this time around, so we’re not trapped at the house the whole time.
