Neither am I. But it doesn’t matter if you are attacking your enemies nuclear assets with conventional or nuclear weapons if you don’t know where they are. That is why we put them on subs. If you can’t find the subs, you can’t kill them.
Keeping in mind one submarine can deliver upwards of 160 200kt warheads (your mileage may vary) within a few yards of it target.
