There is nothing “decent” about the Ryan Plan. It is a political joke, one that any Democrat who votes for it will pay with his seat. No Democrat who values his seat is going to vote for it, nor anything that even closely resembles it.

I’m not sure the Republicans are really seeing the consequences of screwing with senior care like this…
