It should be ‘blogocracy’ for starters. Beyond that, I would guess that some misapprehended mish mash of the concepts of ‘blog’ and ‘democracy’ is involved.

Nah, “blogocracy” would be “rule by weblogs” rather than a democratic rule by individual bloggers. (Really our word “blog” should be istolog - “log” is Greek already, so we may as well take the whole word off that language.)

Istologatorocracy perhaps?
