Almost never is anyone questioned down here for shooting an intruder or person who threatens them.

it’s not a matter of states rights….the fact that there are still anti-gun laws on the books is political fraud….file a lawsiut and when you win it file for all your costs back…people just are to lazy, they’d rather bitch instead
