I’m not sure there’s a right answer to long life. My great-grandfather lived to his mid-90s, smoking god knows how many Cuban cigars until he came to the US in the mid-80s, when he cut down to one or two cigars a day… because they weren’t as good here as they were in Cuba.
Maybe if a person does all the bad things, rather than just one bad thing (like only being a smoker), all the bad stuff will cancel out, and that person will live a long life.
