It does seem that the Pakistanis are doing a better job of rounding up the terrorists hiding in their country.
My take is that after the election of Obama, knowing that he is weak, they knew that they couldn’t count on the support and help they need from him.

Since the terrorists have designs on taking over the Pakistani government and so get control of their nukes, they are smart enough to see that they can’t trust Obama to have their backs.
