Legalize it!

I think they would have to legalize it for medical purposes. There would have to be a lot of mechanisms in place including pharmaceutical buyers. It would be a global market. Now, that site I linked to isn’t really advocating for the free market use of the poppies so it looks like it come with a great deal of strings attached.
