What you actually asked for:

chose to demand of a ‘random’ poster that he define progressivism for you, even though he isn’t a Us citizen, a US resident, or a us (or uk!) progressive

asked about his ‘patriotism’

asked—no, demanded, info about his alleged US ‘taxes’

asked about what passports Jimmah and I travel under, and what countries we’ve been to

chose to inform everyone, several times, that unless you are a US taxpayer (and resident? citizen?) you ‘have no reason’ to comment on LGf about any Us political issues.

The only question you should be asking is “Why do I tell people that they ‘have no reason’ to post this site?
