He’s already alienated a lot of the rabid Left because he hasn’t actioned withdrawal from Iraq/Afghanistan, the immediate closure of Guantanamo Bay, revocation of the Patriot Act, etc. Honestly, it appears that he’s not so far left as he led us all to believe, though he is obviously a proponent of big government spending.

I’ve always maintained that he will say or do almost ANYTHING which he believes will enhance his own political power.
Some call it being politically savvy…others call it being unprincipled.
