I asked that question honestly… if “ones political views does not influence their judicial views” is a fact, then is it possible that the 4 judges that voted against the Chicago gun ban are in actually, or at least possibly conservatives.

Have we been confusing the way we look at Supreme Court judges all these years, labeling them liberal or conservative.

It confuses me.

it confuses me how anyone could vote against the 2nd amendment…that vote should have been 9-0…politics is exactly why four judges voted nay
