indeed…a traditional favorite in Jamaica

It’s similar to lamb, but gamier…..you have to spice it up or conceal that with rosemary or some other herb. I’ve had it in stews, curries, even had the infamous Goat Head Soup while in the Philippines too. It’s not bad
