Each carrying a shield of thin flimsy cardboard (don’t want to frighten anyone) modeled on the Roman scutum.

With the entire text of the Bill of Rights (amendments 1-10) laminated on it.

Stand for 3 days. Peacefully. Quietly, No messes. Certainly no giant puppets.

If there is any chant, let it be ‘You work for us’.

Would scare the living bejaysus out of the Congress critters, thats for sure!
