ok I know you guys may not agree with me, but I woke up and global warming is dead. When I am looking out at my yard I see snow on the ground. Sorry guys but there has not been snow on the ground in Minneapolis this early in anyone’s memory going back for over 60 years.

Now I know it is going to get warm and cool as part of the overall global warming, but where do the record colds come from. I did not notice any huge cold spikes on any global warming graphs showing a period in which not only the temperature drops, but drops to the coldest record.

I have always looked at MN weather as a canary of the world weather. We have warm weather coming up from the Golf of Mexico and cold from the Arctic. This mixes above MN and creates our weather patterns. So I am going to save people a whole lot of time and money by announcing that Global Warming is Dead, now everyone and get back to doing more important stuff. Like fighting global cooling.

PS for those of you who have had to much coffee and those who have had not enough this is done a little “tongue in cheek”

No offense, buddy, but I doubt that MN is a canary of world weather or anything else. There is a tendency for everyone to think that the world r
