Didn’t look at the link, but I strongly disagree with your premise

Just because you’re a felon does NOT mean that it’s okay if someone commits a crime against you
Would you say, “well, he’s a felon in prison, so what of another inmate killed him”?

Either I didn’t communicate well or you misunderstood. I don’t condone rape of any form. Anywhere, any time. However, that being said, there IS a difference between a civilian being raped (has huge amount of sympathy from me) vs. a felon (which also has sympathy but not as much as the civilian being raped).

I hope I was more clear there? :)
