The Castle doctrine does not apply when dealing with law enforcement officers who identify themselves as such, nor does Stand Your Ground.

Why we need the specifics of how the forcing into the apartment happened. If my door were just “broken into” I’d try to get the jump on that individual as quick as I could. We need a legit timeline, that if a body cam w/sound existed (and turned on), would tell us who is right and who is wrong.
