if the Mex cartels got their act together, they could effectively take on the federalis…and in fact separate rival factions are joining together for some sort of push…I’ve posted about it, but there is little interest here about that stuff….can’t compete with Phelps for a headline…oh and btw, BO wants to reduce our presence at the border….even more
