Kudos for your efforts. I’ve been trying to resist, but me next to a statistical data set is like a golden retriever next to a lake on a hot summer day: it’s hard for me not to jump in.

Where is this Kos poll that you mention? I just went over to Kos to look for it. I found various other things, like their perpetual headline showing the electoral college results from the 2008 election (turns out Obama still won! Yippee!) But I didn’t find this nirther poll.

Any data crunchers who want to verify what i put together, please do. remember that the assumption I have made (because I have no data sources with which to model it differently) is that a Republican / Democrat is as likely to say “yes” or “no” regardless of region.
