like punk music, there’s racist punk music, leftist punk music, angry punk music, pacifist punk music, funny happy ironic punk music, it’s all the same thing, all the same humanity getting their message out, all the same I-IV-V chord progression, the same pawn-shop guitars, the same broken down drum kit and bad PA systems in concrete basement venues

same thing applies to comics, all you need to distribute a comic is your hands, a pencil, some typing paper, and a photocopier
