Maisey is a red-lored Amazon, green with a red tuff over her eyes (faded, she’s over 20 years old). Red-lored Amazons don’t talk much but they imitate a lot of other animal sounds.

Had a friend who adopted a MacCaw. Had it for about a month. Learned it would live for 120 plus years. Got rid of it. “Damned if I will have a pet that will outlive me!”
