Yep, NRO’s answer to whenever a wingnut acts like well a wingnut is to do some crap about how this means they’re actually a liberal. It’s typical of them. To them, conservatism has never done anything wrong ever. Honestly, I thought WFB was trash and NRO as his largest legacy is even trashier. Just because the guy spoke well didn’t make him any less of a bigoted prick who apologized for Jim Crow and right wing dictatorships.

When Kim Davis came into the news, I, among others, declared that she was not a Democrat, even though she was registered that way. D_F pointed out we were doing the no-true-Scotsman thing, which he was sort of right, until she switched parties. But you could tell she really wasn’t a liberal in part by those who supported her, who were all conservative.

And that’s the difference with this group. A group of conservatives support Trump, another group supports Cruz, and smaller conservative groups support the other candidates. There are no liberal supporters. This is a pretty good indication of where the candidates are.
