We’ve already killed off all their predators, there isn’t anyone to keep the population down other than hunters. In IN you can kill almost a dozen deer a year when you add up all the seasons. They’re even having shoots in state parks where the meat all goes to shelters, Win-win.

Up here in Chicagoland, the deer got so numerous the predators reintroduced themselves in the form of coyotes. The problem is that coyotes and wolves are very problematic in populated areas.
