We’re in a neutral ENSO phase after coming off a rather powerful La Nina phase and look to be heading into another bit of a La Nina. If this is what we get from a freakin’ La Nina, I do not want to experience a full blown El Nino, which is what Hansen is predicting for 2012/2013.

More than just Hansen are predicting a full blown el nino in 2012/13.

It really will make this year look tame.
