I think you got that a bit twisted. The right has always been against big government, the extreme right extremely so to the point of paranoia. What is relatively new is the left’s willingness to throw national security under the bus in their drooling heat to vilify the previous administration and placate the third world street.
And that is what the Islamofascists in America are using, is it not?
