By the way, anyone here ever seen KFC in Japan? They leave a bit of a foot on the drumstick. I think in America that might freak people out since meat is better left looking very much like it was not once part of a living creature.
Is it considered a treat? I was served chicken feet in China, and my grandmother used to eat them. I never got into the hog lips, though.
Having hunted, killed, gutted, and butchered my own meat I have a pretty good idea of where it came from. And I’ve plucked a few chicken’s out of Granny’s yard (on orders, of course).
