His delivery was horrible the lasy time. he is the Anti-Obama in that he is much better off the cuff whereas POTUS can’t be trusted sans teleprompter. If you go back and READ the text of Jindals response, it’s actually very good. As I stated, his delivery of it was gruesome

As we know in this golden age of the teleprompter - delivery is everything.
