hmmmm….I believe a rather easy case can be made which would argue that Wilders hates Islam and fears Muslims (the Wiki article is filled with Wilders’ statements — including ones about having immigrants paid to leave the country, etc.). So, when he says that Muslims should “tear out half of the Koran if they wished to stay in the Netherlands”, I don’t think he’s arguing for the immediate implementation of Free Speech. Free Speech hardly seems to be his objective…while having Muslims encouraged to leave the Netherlands and banning the Koran does appear to be his “message.”
