To be somewhat fair, AK does have a Department of Law — but no-one knows what the hell Palin was referring to when claiming the WH has one (the Office of Legal Counsel, maybe?) and in any case there is no body that could ‘automatically’ throw out charges against the POTUS in the way she suggests.

People from states with a DMV still say “DMV”, even when visiting states with an MVD. Same with commonwealths.
