I think that this is untrue. I do not believe that the majority of GOP (electeds or voters) are actually interested in violence, much less in the sort of racial civil war that McVey and the Turner Diary sort support.

Are we talking about the majority…or the people who are committed and shape the primaries, show up to demonstrations with rebel flags and AR-15 rifles, and are considered highly engaged partisan voters for the GOP? (IE the ones who get pandered to…)

Go back and watch some of the 2007 GOP debates, and try not to cringe at the audience reactions.
