A question Lizards…. six years ago during our divorce my ex filed a quit claim deed for the timeshare property we’d bought early in our marriage. Now I’m planning to deed the property back to the timeshare company, but I need both the original warranty deed (which I have) and the quit claim deed (which I can’t find). Should I be able to obtain a copy of the quit claim from the county where we were divorced?
