Well, yes, kids who have reached puberty are encouraged by modern American culture to act sexual (with each other). But I think that kids who haven’t reached puberty are going to be pretty hard to convince to engage in sex, since it will hold no interest for them yet.

I’m quite sure these 10-year-old girls getting married off against their will in Muslim countries are not yet even pubescent.
