Before Hawaii I lived in Fremont, CA. Indian food everywhere: hole in the wall cheap, fancy, good chain food. I got really spoiled.

Nothing in Hawaii till about 6 months ago, we got a decent overpriced Indian place on the water.

We have a couple good indian places here, but really the best rice is at the Thai shops followed up by the Vietnamese. Then the Indian places. Might just be personal preferences thing though ;0
