I think these storms have been overrated man, but thanks for asking. The rains come in like, 5 hour bursts and then they’re done. Tomorrow’s (later today?) storm should pack a bigger, longer punch. Or so they say.

Living up against a hillside, its always a worry. We had a mini-slide a few years ago.
