Obviously, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Encasing kryptonite in a lead jacket has the effect of shielding Superman from kryptonite radiation.

It should be noted here that I have never cared for Superman, and have always figured that Bruce Wayne could cook up some chemistry that would have Superman talking to his cape for a year or two.

I was counting on the lead shielding the radiation. He’ll have no idea what hit him until the round hit him, the lead jacketing gets stopped away by his powers and the kryptonite inner core shears thru the jacketing and continues thru his vital organs.
