Wow. That is creepy. Back where I grew up, there was a wood with a mental institution in it. There was rumoured to be a madman living among the trees and wartime bomb shelters therein, called ‘Hosey’. Definite echoes of Cropsey, although ‘Hosey’ was almost certasinly not a real person, unlike the Staten Island case.
