That would be false. Even the healthiest young woman at the beginning of a pregnancy can develop serious health issues as a result of that pregnancy. Risks are significantly higher than “infinitesimally low”.

that would be false. current risk runs at about 13 deaths per 100,000 births, which includes all cases. that leaves the risk of a healthy young woman dying during childbirth infinitesimally low.
