I’m still old school lgf on this stuff. There’s a problem. Even though this guy didn’t have any actual explosives he easily could have. There’s a very fine line between the Fort Hood shooter and this idiot. We’ve been very lucky with some of the incompetent and stupid terrorist attempts but the motivation is still there.

I can’t fathom why these wannabee jihadis do this shit. I really can’t. In about 6 weeks I’ll have been Muslim for 20 YEARS, and never once did the idea of going out hating on and/or terrorizing and/or killing innocent people ever cross my mind.

I mean, I learned the difference between right & wrong by like effing KINDERGARTEN. Becoming Muslim changed how I thought in many ways, but it didn’t render me suddenly suddenly unable to distinguish between good & bad, just & unjust. If the problem was inherent in Islam, then I and everyone I know would be running around causing mayhem. But we’re not. Most of us are actually pretty boring.
