In our Chemical Safety training, we’ve been hearing about the gradual ‘universalization’ of warning signs etc. so that everybody uses the same pictographs, but to me, they seem to have become more obscure.

There was some discussion about what sort of signs to put on radioactive waste containers to warn future generations not to touch it…
