Seems to be the only one that works. The others like Aleve or Tylenol don’t do the trick.
Have you tried Motrin?
IMO it’s better than the others.
Also, in the UK you can get acetominophine (paracetomol) with codeine without a script. (it’s a very low amount of codeine, not even as much as tylenol3 in the US iirc).
It’s an OTC thing marketed to women with menstrual cramps. I’ve had it sent to me for years or stocked up whenever I’m there. If you’d like I’ll send you some.
