Why didn’t they do a C-section?! One friend of mine was in labor for 26 hours with her first, then they decided to do a C-section. With her second, she was in labor for 19 hours before they did it; with her third, rather than go through this again, they just scheduled the operation, and she was much less exhausted afterwards.
