The problem is that I have known very few citys were the council or mayor have been good managers. Don’t get me started on what my home town council has done over the years. The only good mayor actually died in office. My dad joked that he was assinated because he was too conservative and forward thinking for most of the council and city. Needless to say the city is now a dying one. It just doesn’t look like it yet.
