re: #394 MandyManners A lot of times vests ren’t worn on patrols they are bulky heavy and uncomfortable. Usually they are kept in the vehicle in case a call is made in which hte vest might be needed but I’m betting he was passing in his patrol car and saw the altercation taking place. Since the News story only states 1 driver was going to call not had called 911.
