I can tell you a lot of Dems in Wisconsin, especially women said, I hate Trump but hate Hillary even more. They really figured that no matter how bad he was, he’d be better than her.

I myself actually briefly had that attitude. I was disabused of the notions about Hillary by someone here; I wish I could find the post, but I believe it was a link to a point-by-point debunking of the “Clinton Body Count” rumors that had stubbornly persisted since the 1990’s.
