It just annoys me at times that it seems like people’s memories of the bad-craziness of the last decade have faded. Personally I’m of the belief that the political continuum isn’t a 1-D line but a 2-D circle, and as you go too far to one side or the other, you start sounding like the opposite side.

As I pointed out last night, MoveOn running Bush=Hitler ads and leftwing protests with Bush=Hitler signs sounds like hell of a lot like stuff that we point out here all the time. It’s that wraparound crazy.

But it was pretty funny when I boredtech said that I sounded all like “nom nom nom fap fap fap”. I have to admit that was a pretty funny insult.

You guys have my complete assurance that I am not an insane conservative. :)
