The journal is indeed quite respectable with an impact factor around 16, so it should be taken serious. But this guy Qing Bin-Lu have only published three peer reviewed papers before this one it looks like, and since it is a new theory there are very limited data to support it [Link: www.sciencedirect.com…]
I would be very careful before buying into it.
