Thought the local PDs were replaced by MO Highway Patrol. When did they get back in play?

I don’t think anyone knows who’s in charge in Ferguson anymore.

It’s a sad state of affairs when bringing in the National Guard makes sense. At least the Guard could set up a perimeter and kick everyone who doesn’t have a home in Ferguson out of there. That would be a good start.
